1. The Organiser

The organiser is Rewarding Experiences Limited, a registered company with Company Number 12270117. Our registered office is situated at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Please note that Rewarding Experiences is acting solely as a donation collector and does not assume the role of the 'Principal.' 2. The Draw

2.1 - These terms and conditions govern the specific draw ‘WIN 2 GROUND BOX SEATS AT SAN SIRO STADIUM FOR ANY LEAGUE GAME PLUS A ONE-NIGHT STAY IN MILAN’

2.2 - To be eligible for winning, everyone who enters the competition (an "Entrant") will need to donate (the "Donation") a minimum amount as highlighted on the competition page, towards the Organizers (the "Organizer") cause (The “Cause”) which has been selected for this draw Or enter through the Free Entry Route.

3. How to Participate

3.1 - The draw will take place within the dates specified on the Website, referred to as the "Start Date" and "End Date." All mentioned times and dates are based on British time (GMT/BST as appropriate).

3.2 - If necessary, the Organiser reserves the right to change the Start and End Dates. Any changes will be displayed on the Website. The End Date will not be extended solely for the purpose of collecting more donations.

3.3 - All entries must be received by the Organiser before the specified time on the End Date. Entries received after this time will be automatically disqualified.

3.4 - Unless otherwise stated there will be no maximum number of entries. If there is a maximum number of entries for the competition, this will be stated on the Website competition page.

3.5 - Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they wish. There is no limit to the number of entries allowed unless the specific competition has a restriction as per clause 3.4. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry.

3.6 - To participate in the draw:

(a) - visit the draw page and select the amount your would like to donate; (b) - select the cause you would like your donation to go towards ; (c) - complete the payment for your donation.

3.7 - All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in languages other than English will be automatically disqualified, and no refund will be given.

3.8 - Unless you are entering through the Free Entry route, the Organiser will send confirmation of your participation receipt and notify you for your entry number within 1 working day.

3.9 - The Organiser is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed competition entries due to equipment failure, technical issues, network problems, or any other reason.

3.10 - By donating the minimum amount and submitting an entry, you enter into an agreement with the Organiser and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

3.11 - Entrants are eligible for 1 free additional entry into the draw if they share and promote the draw on social media and have already made a donation. Only posts which tag Rewarding Experiences in will be counted and the Entrant will receive an additional entry after providing evidence of the post vie email to contact@rewardingexperiences.co

3.12 – You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

(a) – send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Rewarding Experiences, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ

(b) – hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;

(c) – include with your entry the following information:

(i) – your full name;

(ii) – your address;

(iii) – a contact telephone number and email address; and

(iv) – your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).

(d) – incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;

(e) – bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry. Postal entries are limited to one per household per competition;

(f) – by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

(g) – your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;

(h) – the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry.

4. Selection of Winners

4.1 - All entrants who donated the minimum amount will enter a draw, and the winner will be randomly selected using a random number generator tool. The draw will be conducted on the advertised draw date ("Draw Date").

5. Eligibility

5.1 - The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and above, except:

(a) - employees of the Organiser; (b) - employees of the Organiser's agents or suppliers connected to the competition; (c) - immediate family members or households of those mentioned in (a) and (b) above.

5.2 - By participating, you confirm your eligibility and ability to claim any prize won. The Organiser may request proof of eligibility and prize claim. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.

5.3 - Entries generated by computer or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

5.4 - The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entrants whose conduct goes against the spirit of the draw, including rudeness or abuse.

5.5 - Entry fee refunds will not be given even if:

(a) - you later find out you're ineligible for the competition or prize; (b) - eligibility criteria changes after your entry; (c) - you're disqualified by the Organiser.

5.6 - Entrants engaging in fraudulent competition, hacking, or unauthorised manipulation will have their entries voided and may be barred from future participation.

6. The Prize

6.1 - The prize for each draw is detailed on the Website (the "Prize"). Information about the Prize is accurate as of the Start Date.

6.2 - Prizes are subject to availability, and the Organiser can substitute them with prizes of equal or greater value. Changes will be updated on the Website.

6.3 - The Organiser doesn't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of Prize-related information on the Website.

6.4 - The Prize might be provided by a third-party supplier (the "Supplier").

6.5 - The Organiser can substitute the Prize with an alternative Prize under specific circumstances:

(a) - the Prize becomes unavailable; (b) - uncontrollable circumstances necessitate the change.

6.6 - The Prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

7. Winners

7.1 - The Organiser's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

7.2 - Winners will be contacted as soon as possible after the Draw Date using provided contact information. If the winner can't be reached or doesn't claim the Prize within the specified time, the Prize may be offered to another eligible participant.

7.3 - Prize winners' First and Surnames will be published on the Website.

7.4 - Prize winners agree to actively engage on their social media platforms by posting content related to their experience and tagging Rewarding Experiences in posts, stories, and reels. Additionally, prize winners are expected to provide testimonials and capture photos and videos of their enjoyable moments with the prize. Failure to fulfil these obligations within 7 Days from the date of the experience may result in the forfeiture of the prize, and Rewarding Experiences reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages incurred due to non-compliance.

7.5 - Prize winners agree that Rewarding Experiences can and will share this content including pictures and videos of the winner on our social media pages.

7.6 - If you object to your personal details being published (name, surname and location), contact the Organiser at contact@rewardingexperiences.co before the Closing Date. The Organiser must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1 - The Prize must be claimed by the winner personally. It cannot be claimed by a third party.

8.2 - Notify the Organiser of any personal detail changes by sending an email to contact@rewardingexperiences.co. Notifications must include old and new details. If changes occur within 10 days of the End Date, the Organiser will use old details for contact attempts.

8.3 - The Organiser isn't responsible for unclaimed Prizes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser, its agents, and distributors aren't liable for loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from Prize acceptance, unless due to their negligence.

10. Data Protection and Publicity

10.1 - By participating, you agree to the Organiser using provided personal information for competition administration or as outlined in the Privacy Policy at https://rewardingexperiences.co/privacy-policy/.

10.2 - Winners agree to the use of their name, image, and location for announcing winners and reasonable publicity.

10.3 - To opt out of publicity, notify the Organiser before the Closing Date. Refusing publicity doesn't affect your chances of winning but may lead to data provision to the Advertising Standards Authority.

11. General

11.1 - The Organiser may amend these terms from time to time. The latest version will be on the Website.

11.2 - The Organiser can exclude entrants from current and future competition for breach of terms.

11.3 - The Organiser can void, suspend, cancel, or amend competition when necessary. A minimum number of entries isn't required for the competition to proceed.

11.4 - The draws aren't endorsed by Meta and aren't connected to them.

11.5 - Rewarding Experiences does not endorse, associate with, or claim any affiliation to the brands, companies, trademarks, or entities related to the prizes.

11.5 - These terms and conditions are governed by English law, with jurisdiction in English and Welsh courts.

11.6 - Retain a copy of these terms for your reference.
